2488 neo Track Fader Issue

I have a 2488 neo with a fader issue. Track 7 is controlled by the fader for Track 6. I’ve tried resetting the faders and resetting the 2488 itself. I’ve checked to make certain the tracks are not linked. Track 7’s fader level is controlled completely by the Track 6 fader. Track 7 will record, but onto Track 6, along with whatever is already on Track 6. I think there is something internally amiss with Track 7, but that’s just a guess. All of the remaining tracks behave properly. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas? I love the 2488 neo.

Could be the firmware got scrambled. Try installing or re-installing the latest FW version.
