Hi,
Just bought the 2x2 and went through the procedure of installing drivers etc, device worked with usb light
and firmware version listed in software.
I tried updating the firmware (but didn't read the part about needing a power lead)
Now no matter what I do I can't get the ubs light to show, or the device to be recognized in the software.
Although under custom section when its plugged in I see options and different settings to change, just on the main page it says device: no device, and no firmware listed.
What am I supposed to do?
EDIT: Somehow managed to install it on second PC...why it wouldn't work on first I dont know
