Hello all!
As the title suggests, I recently purchased a 424 mkii, and the play button will flash for 3 seconds, and the tapes won't spin, then turn off. I'm not sure what the issue is, since the fast forward buttons and the rewind buttons work perfectly fine. Earlier I was playing a tape just fine, and now its having issues.
It seems like a choice on the part of the machine and not something thats broken. How do I fix this? I can't find anything online relating to this specific scenario.
