ADAT out question

I am using the ADAT outs on a DM-4800 to feed a Behringer P-16 monitor system for the studio and was wondering if there is an output control for those outputs. I need more volume for those stations and was just wondering if I was missing something or some way to raise the volume of those outputs. Possibly some nested control I didn't know about, or maybe something really basic that I should know about that has evaded my mind.

Turn up what is feeding the ADAT outputs would be the most obvious suggestion. That Behringer unit may not be capable of providing the gain that you are seeking. That would mean to replace it with something that can do the job, skipping the ADAT to use analog, or add a high gain headphone amp to the output of the Behringer unit.
