Can´t enter the setup over CD-ROM

Hello,
I have a problem with my SX-1. If I insert the installation disk the cd boot normal until the main menu where I have the four options (Update the OS, New install, Diagnostics, Exit). But if i want to choose one of them nothing happens...

Have you an idea what the problem is?

Are you trying to use a keyboard attached or the Data Entry buttons on the SX-1? I've had times where the keyboard doesn't work but the Data Entry does. Just a possible solution.
