Control Aux-Sends for each Channel with MIDI

Hello,

we have 4 independent In-Ear Systems in use in our band. They are all connect to the Aux-Sends (1-4).

My Question is now: Can I control the Aux-Sends for each channel with midi? Or is there an alternative way to reach the remote control of the aux-Sends parameter for each channel?
