Hello,

According to the manual the following is how you input text for names of projects and tracks, etc.:
Character Legend
7 A, B, C, 7
8 D, E, F, 8
9 G, H, I, 9
4 J, K, L, 4
5 M, N, O, 5
6 P, Q, R, 6
1 S, T, U, 1
2 V, W ,X, 2
3 Y, Z, _(underscore), 3
0 0, -(minus), &, .(period)
SHIFT + 0 0, #, (,)
CAPT Inserts a space
SHIFT + CLEAR Deletes the current character

For some reason I cannot delete characters when naming using this: SHIFT + CLEAR combination. It instead kicks my back to the main screen as clear / cancel would normally do. I cannot see any other way to delete a character or space. Has anyone noticed this and if so, how did you fix or work around?

Thanks,

Hello Jason
I do a test this morning and no problem to delete current character using following combination : SHIFT key then CLEAR key. Test done on MX2424 Ver 3.01.

No work around known.
