HELLO TO ALL, I WISH TO ASK THEM IF SOME OF YOU KNOW ABOUT A PROBLEM WHEN STARTING THE CONSOLE WHERE IT IS BLOCKED AND NOTHING APPEARS ON THE MONITOR THE IMAGE OF THE CONSOLE; IN THE DIAGNOSTIC MODE APPEARS AN IMAGE WITH THE "DSP BOOT ERROR" MESSAGE, THANK YOUR ATTENTION EXPECTING TO COULD COUNT ON YOUR GUIDANCE THANKSIMG_20170125_180837035_HDR.jpg

Looks like the DSP chipset have failed. Maybe open up and try to re-seat the DSP board (assumption here). On the DM3200/4800 there is a different error associated with the DPS chipset where re-seating and blowing out the DPS board connectors is the first suggestion. Again, not sure if that is the problem. Other searches for this issue also hint it may be a power supply issue.

Friend many thanks for your interest and help, I will proceed to verify the inside of the circuit board according to the manual that kindly provided me, if I have any extra questions I could count on your help? thank you very much

I would run the SRAM initialization first as it suggests since it doesn't require opening the machine.
