Dm4800 firewire beta drivers for yosemite

hi , ive read all the threads on here concerning the updated beta drivers as i cant make connection to yosemite with my dm4800, my problem is when i hit the link for them what user name password would i use as ive no idea where im signing into ? many thanks

Morning tascam folks, I've Installed driver and it can been seen on Mac but dm still shows driver offline? I've also added firewire control panel but no device shown? Am I missing something? Thanks

Also, sorry. When using dm as control surface if I push fader 1 up 9 and 17 go too as if they are joined like a stereo pair??? Foolish of me to think this would be plug n play!

You have to plug in both the USB and Firewire for it to show up in OSX, so if you haven't also added a USB cable that might be the issue. There are documents around for setting up control surface stuff that might be of help. I don't know the procedure for the 4800 (only the 3200).

Yes have both plugged in, the control surface side is working but not functioning correctly the firewire is showing tascam in os but on the desk it says it's off line , I've followed online instructions to set it up but no

If you haven't already tried have you rebooted with both of them plugged in? I've seen it a couple of times that I have to reboot with both of them in if things had been unplugged at any point. Other than that I'm not sure what else to tell you to try offhand ...
