Dp008x error message

Hi guys, new to the forum.

I recently purchased a dp008s. The import function usually works fine. But a particular track in trying to import won't work and I keep getting the message "fileErr:240300"

Any ideas?

What does the user manual say about that error code?

These low level error codes are usually not explained in manuals. In this one definitely not. For FileErr it only claims to switch the unit on and off. Supposedly the TO did this already. If the error persists I would export an own track and try to import it again. If this works the file with the error might be corrupt or not properly wave formatted.
