DR-22WL / DR Control / Can not initialize TCP

Hi

I am trying to connect via wifi to the Tascam DR Control from a Google Pixel 2.

wifi is set up and shown as connected, but when trying to connect from the DR control app, Im getting "can not initialize TCP connection". This is in wifi device mode.

I can connect the app to the recorder when using 'Router' mode.

This did work OK from an iPhone 6s.

With my Samsung A6 both modes (router and direct) work fine. Although operating the recorder via wifi is quite unreliable (lags, faults...).
