Hi Folks.
New member, epic long time Tascam user... started with 4-track cassette (porta studios?) in the early 90's and moved to 2x DA-38's by 1998 (at a whopping $2600 each!).
Been on Pro Tools since 2003, but blew the dust off of an MX2424 that I received a few years back.... still has just as good of a value as any other modern recording device... so I decided to put her back in service. Has lots of nostalgic value, yes, and otherwise no less capable at capturing high quality multi-track audio than anything else.
