Hi all, DP 24 ordered today, thought I'd better join in advance of it's arrival. Old git guitarist, I have been messing about in DAW's since Cubase v1.1 on Atari. I've also watched Phil's videos, which I will no doubt will be revisiting often.

You are off to a good start! Is you unit a DP-24SD that uses the SD card for storage?

Yes Matt, a DP-24SD, I should have been more specific!

All the DP series recorders (24, 32, 24SD, 32SD) use SD cards. Just FYI. Tascam added the "SD" to the models names when they eliminated the CD writer and MIDI.
