NEED HELP

trying to use my EXTERNAL TUBE COMPRESSOR with my DM3200 for warmer phatter sound on the STEREO output.

I have coming out my compressor a (2) insert cable(s):

TIP- ch1-IN of compressor,
SLEEVE- ch1-OUT of compressor and the other end to a INSERT on channel 15-DM3200

TIP-ch2-IN of compressor,
SLEEVE-ch2-OUT of compressor and the other end to a INSERT on channel 16-DM3200

Now on the ROUTING page , Im confused on how this should be done or set up

Any help is greatly appreciated

It just takes too many cables going out stereo of DM into compressor 1/2, then back out 1/2 of compressor into DM

Only the m/l inputs have a tip/sleeve connection. If you route the stereo output to your compressor and the compressor output back into input channels, you are creating an unwanted loop. To insert your compressor into your stereo output, you'll have to use the 'soft' inserts, in the routing screen - insert: Send to ASN SND x, Return to ASN RTN x. SND to compressor input, RTN to compressor output.
