File corruption problem

so i recently got the DP 24 SD and upgraded the ad card to a 32 GB card that was in the list tascam has on the site. After about 90 minutes the machine said that there was a corrupt file and the machine froze. Would’ve em turn off, had to unplug the machine. The machine said the card had 100 min of time so I thought no problem. Any thoughts on what happened? When I hook up to the computer all the files are on the card but the machine won’t recognize them. Any ideas on what happened?

What was the exact error message displayed?

Did you do a full format in the machine before using the card?

The exact message was file corrupted and yes I did a full format of the sd card

Steven, I can't find that error message in my user manual (in the list at the end of the manual), but I have the older model. You should start with what it says in the manual regarding that error message.

What firmware version is running on your machine?

Spoke to Tascam, most likely a firmware update needed
