I want to first say thank you to everyone on these forums. I was able to install and get my 1082 working with Win 10 and Protools. I’ve had an 1884 and remember how difficult it was.
I currently have issues controlling my external sequencers with this 1082.
The gear I have is a Roland MC 909, MC 307 and MV8000. All of which track out to Protools.
My goal is to be able to press play on the 1082 and have that start my MV8000 which starts everything down the chain.
I’ve tried various connections from the 1082 to the MV with no luck but the MV does show a receiving signal.
If possible I could start/stop with the MV but I can’t find the way to start/stop the 1082 after the MV.
Can someone point me and anyone else who reads this in the right direction?
