I learned some stuff using my old, Tascam 4-track cassette, but over the years got tired of having to rewind the tape. Put that on eBay and having fun with my new DP--OO8EX, so I'm here to learn as much as I can. So far I've been able to record 3 tracks, mix them down and copy the results to my computer. I figure that's a good start but I believe I'm only scratching the surface of what this thing will do.

Keep on going Ziggy. We all started somehow like that. My first endeavors were an Uher 2 track cassette recorder. Now I use a Tascam SX 1 LE plus to record and then through ADAT I transfer the 16 channels through a TC electronics interface to the computer for further mixing and processing in my DAW.
