Hi,
It's great to see Tascam Forums back online.
Some of you may have become aware of us during the last couple of years following the launch of the HGR-2488 VGA Monitor Interface but HGR Music was actually formed over 25 years ago by 2 home recording enthusiasts as an outlet for their music and have since released recordings on record, tape and CD.
The initial idea for the HGR-2488 Monitor Interface came about in 2007 while discussing the LCD display on the Tascam 2488 which is a bit too small for comfortable use. The idea was then developed over the next 3 years with the circuitry and software being professionally designed and rigorously tested. The HGR-2488 was finally launched in August 2010 and we have continued to refine the design with the latest version being made available earlier this month.
We are currently looking at a couple of new ideas for the Tascam 2488 and the DP-24 so watch this space....
