How do I connect the dm-24 to a motu 2408 mkII?

Hi, I'm new to the forum and the world of digital audio. I am from Argentina and I am using a translator to reach English so I apologize if it is not perfect.
I am using a Motu 2408 mkII connected by its 324 pci running windows xp (soon it will happen to win 7). What I need to know is how to connect the DM-24 to use the 16 microphone inputs and record them in Nuendo or Cubase in a multitrack way. I hope you can understand me and help me solve the problem. attached your ADAT optical from the MOTU2408 (out) into the DM24 (in) and vice versa

Then change DM to ADAT, set your routing, so that you can record directly into your DAW

DM 1-16 ADAT/M-L In
Nuendo 1-16, set to receive on 1-16 via adat optical from the DM

and dont forget to choose the ADAT as your input and output in your DAW , and on the Tascam dm 24 you have to change your inputs and outputs to ADAT , hope this helps
