How to change sample rate on 16x08?

I am a newbie looking to increase the sample rate on my new 16x08. I am running windows 7 64 bit and using reaper to record multiple tracks during live performances for professional mixdown later.

If I remember right, just switch it from Windows sound properties for the given output (and input?) device. Haven't used my Tascam interface since I got my mixer.
