Hello, I have Windows 7 64-Bit, bought US 1x2 audio interface and followed the instructions written on the manual including downloading the drivers from Tascam website. When I connect the unit to the computer, I get the driver : 'US 1x2' , which is different than the downloaded drivers: 'Mixing driver 1 for US 1x2' and 'Mixing driver 2 for US 1x2'. So far I think everything is going very well, right?
The thing is, when I open the setting panel, it says: Device is not connected, and when I try to choose the device on Ableton it says: 'Failed to open audio device'
When I go to control pannel -- sound-- recording, the device is enabled there but there is no input signals shown despite the face that I'm connecting a synthesizer to it!
I tried to change the usb port\cable but nothing changed, what should I do? Please help me, I've been trying for a week now since I bought it!
