Only sound quality problem, dm3200

The sound quality of the dm3200 was strange.
Are repair possible?
The sound Quality is not clear and it is not clean and it is dark and it is rough.
The phenomenon that it is altogether the same with all mic input and all output.
And,
Can I be improved to the way like PCB (DSP) board change ?
Oh~
The factory reset put into practice but it was not improved.
Have you ever experienced this situation ?
Please help me~

I think I speak for all the members of this forum by saying there is simply NO way to answer your question. 'Strange sound,' 'dark and 'rough' don't provide enough details to come even close to taking a wild guess.

We need to know A LOT MORE ABOUT YOUR SETUP!!! What kind of computer? What kind of DAW - or hard drive recorder(s) being used? How long have you had your DM3200, and has it operated correctly until this happened? If so - for HOW long? Are you using Firewire, ADAT, TDIF or all three?

Please provide those answers plus any other detailed information that you think is helpful.

Everything CaptDan said, as well as mic/preamp/signal chain and how you connected them into your DM?
Can you possibly post a sample of anything you have that doesn't sound right? There are just an infinite list of possible problems.
