It’s my understanding that on the DP-24/32 we can only use a single effect (Reverb or Delay - not Reverb & Delay).
Q. If I nominate two mono tracks (Tracks 1 & 2) to make a stereo track, is there a way to hard-pan left on Track 1 with Reverb, and hard-pan right on Track 2 with Delay, thereby having Reverb & Delay on a stereo track? The idea seems to make sense, but I can’t think of how to do it... if it is possible.

There's a reverb or delay in the Send effect (see the sticky post re. Definitive Summary of Effects).
There's also a delay in the Guitar effect (in the 4th effect in the block - the 'Effect' effect... blimmin Tascam terminology!).
So you could use the reverb from one, and the delay from another, both on the same track.
Whether you want to use panning to make a stereo track is a separate issue, but it's not reqd. to do this.
