Problem with TASCAM DM4800 and TMC COMPANION.

I have a problem with TASCAM DM4800 and TMC COMPANION.
My operating system is Windows 7 Professional 64-BIT.
When I backup from DM-4800 to Windows 7, I have the problem of CONNECTION INTERRUPTED,
I haven't problem with XP!

Reading the forums, I found many users have the same problem, but this forums are longstanding.

Has been solved the problem currently?

I never had that problem, on same OS, though with DM3200.. Your TMC version is 1.51?

I have the exact same computer configuration Win7 Professional 64bit and I have never had a problem the TMC transfer.

"Connection interrupted.' Sounds like a USB conflict. You should investigate your Devices to see if something is interfering with TMC, which operates on USB1.
