Random input distortion and white noise on the output of an IF-AN/DM

Hi, I'm running a DM-4800 with a IF-FW/DM MK II and two IF-AN/DM for having 32 analog inputs and sending the 12 auxes to a behringer power play p16 for monitoring. I'm working on cubase pro 8 on a mac sierra 10.12.6

I have a problem, when I route signals thru the AN/DM 1-8 output there happens randomly white noise on it. As well distortion on the input channels on it. When I reload the project file it disappears. Hoping it's just the AN/DM card. Any help is welcome. here you can check my .tpi project file if needed.

UPDATE: I switched the IF-AN Card from slot 4 to slot 2 (where the adat card was, which I'm not using 'cause I'm recording at 96kHz) and the problem seems to be gone...
