Setup with IF-SM/DM card

Hi, I have purchased a IF-SM/DM Card and want to output 5.1 from my DM3200.

My setup is:
ProTools HD 12.8.1 connected to DM3200 via IF-FW FireWire Interface Card. I want to do 5.1 mix in ProTools and monitor my mix via IF-SM/DM card with DM3200. I have install the IF-SM/DM card to slot 2 of my DM3200, but I don't know whether I have installed it properly. Will the card be shown up in any place of DM3200 Setup screen? And how can I config my output from my ProTools to the card? Any advice and suggestions will be appreciated, thanks.

Hi and yes I have the card and a 5.1 set up but I am using Win and on an DM4800 it shows up in slot two and my FW Mk-ii card in slot one.
