Tascam 130 Humming Noise Need A Fix

My Tascam 130 cassette deck has developed a humming noise which usually indicates a faulty ground somewhere; I can't find a service manual or schematic diagram online but I'd suspect it should be a fairly easy fix. I did recently service the mechanism with a new capstan belt, cleaning, and bearing oil, none of these should have caused a humming noise.

Even though you may have not broken something there might be a chassis to transport wire that was not put back and then additionally the power supply might need some enhancements in the way of new filter caps. I could not say more without seeing the unit. There have not bee a lot of 130's brought in for service.
