TASCAM DM4800 Error message

    Why am I getting this message?

    The audio device is not operating normally.
    All sound stopped.
    Please contact Tascam service.
    Press enter to continue.

    I’m so confused!!!!!!!!!!
    Help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Clinton, you placed your post in the correct forum. However, it appears that the poll was accidental so, I'll take care of that.

    Searching the forum is very effective. You have to remember to select the "site results" tab because it defaults to the "Google results" tab. Give it a try.

    When you post a message asking for help, try to give as much information as possible. Things like what firmware version you're using, type of computer, what you were doing when you experienced the error, etc., are all very useful when it comes to troubleshooting problems.
