Tm d4000 is just a studio recording?

hi everyone!! anybody can tell the Tascam TM D4000 is just a studio recording consolle, or it is for mixing live console too?

it is more Studio Recording Consolle. You Can also Live Mixing but to les Mic inputs.

Hi Vigorianer. I just purchased one which I intend to use in a recording studio. What is your setup? Do you use it as a DAW midi control or how should I hook it up? Everywhere I read seems to indicate that it is not supported by modern OS.
