Does anyone have a video of someone transferring a track from the dp32sd to a computer to a daw to edit? i see there are videos about exporting but not exporting then editing does it work? thanks

You can export each individual track (mono or stereo) as a standard .wav file using the Audio Depot function. Simply open the Audio Depot from the menu screen, select "export", and choose the tracks you want to export. Once they're up in the Audio Depot folder you can connect your DP to your computer using the USB function. From there you can open the Audio Depot folder using your computer and you will see all of the exported tracks. Copy them over to a location/folder of your choosing on your computer and then from there you can do whatever you choose with each individual track file - including dropping them into a DAW.

Keep in mind that the format of the .wav file must match the chosen format of the song setup in your DAW. Meaning if you recorded at 44.1 kHz and 24 bit - the song format setup in your DAW will need to be 44.1 kHz 24 bit.

Hope this is helpful to you.

This may help as well:

@musicianvw exported tracks are WAV files. They function like any other WAV file, with the exception that they have to have an UPPERCASE file (.WAV) extension if they're going to be reimported into the machine. Once they are on your computer, you can import them to whatever editor you wish.
