US 16x08 Firmware update unsuccessful

I have been using a US-16x08 for over a year with no problems. Today I ran the firmware updater to update from version 1 to version 2. The updater stopped at 33% and also said that it was completed. Since then Windows no longer recognizes the interface and the yellow USB light does not come on. I am assuming the firmware is now corrupt. How do I get it to work again?

Hello! I have the same problem. Mine only completed 90% and it doesn't work anymore. There is no TASCAM support in Chile. If you can make it work or contact TASCAM, please let me know. I don't know what to do.
