US 20x20 drivers

Any one here even have one of these yet? I got mine couple of days ago and I can't seem to get my win7 machine to load the drivers. Works on the win10 machine tho.

Sorry, I just have the 16x08, and its on my mac.
How do you like the 20x20? Can you create unique monitor mixes with the AUX Busses?
Also, do you notice any effect on latency with the USB 3? They're marketing it as almost no latency, but I'm curious if it's any different than a USB 2 interface like my 16x08.
