US-4x4HR is not showing up in CuBase LE nor Settings Panel (MacOS Ventura)

My interface works in Garageband and in Audacity (it shows up in the systems folder), but I can't get the settings panel to check the firmware version. CuBase does not see it either (this is the latest version). Any one else have this issue?
