Hello to everyone
I'm trying to connect my Tascam US-800 to a new Windows 8.1 PC
The USB led on the US800 panel is on and on the PC I can't see controller USB US800 in the computer devices list.
When I launch the driver installer (downloaded from the Tascam website) the connection fails and I get a timeout error.
What's up? could anyone help me ?
