USB port on a DM3200?

Hey folks...please bear with me...I'm very new to this whole form of recording. I have a DM-3200 with the IF-FW/DM card installed. I just received the console last week from a friend of mine.

I keep reading about references to a USB port on the DM but I don't know where it is (or where it's supposed to be). Is this an option that I need to purchase? Do I need it?

@TimV Hello Tim. The USB port is located to the right of where you plug in the power cable. It is required if you wish to use the mixers remote layer. And to communicate with TMC Companion.

Ah...Thanks! I was looking for a USB "A" jack. For some reason, I was not expecting to see a "B" style. I found it thanks to your help.
