112R Mk2 overhaul hints

I have recently acquired two 112R Mk2 decks which will soon turn 20 years old.

They have been used very little since purchase and mostly sat idle for at least the last 5/6 years.

I would like to restore the decks, one for me and one for my girlfriend. I am a long time DIYer, I repaired CD players and amplifiers but this is my first experience with cassette decks.

I already read a lot about decks maintenance and I have reason to believe these two decks just need a good cleaning and the rubber parts.

I have ordered capstan belt / pinch rollers / idler tires / VU meter bulbs and waiting for the parts to show up.

I already disassembled some of deck no. 1 and the belt job looks pretty straightforward. There was just a little dust around, the whole deck is in very good condition.

I could use hints on how to do the pinch rollers.

Speaking about idler tires, I will admit that I cannot locate them, not in the deck and not on the service manual... but several parts websites list them sooooo... where are they?

Also, I would appreciate hints about greasing/lubricating.
