Been using the 16x08 for a couple years sits in a rack doesn't move. USB light stopped coming on. It is on a USB 2.0 port I uninstalled drivers but the light should come on eitherway no? Just ordered a new power adapter saw a thread where this was the issue but current one is giving 12.06 volts so doubt its that unless its not supplying enough amperage. Any suggestions?

Believe it or not, USB cables do wear out. In the Behringer forums some report that replacing USB cables solves a lot of issues.
