Can Roland DR880 be used as a drum machine for DP24SD

I just ordered The Tascam DP24SD Digitals Portastudio . I have a Roland Boss DR88o Drum Machine , can it be used as a drum machine for the Tascam DP24SD ? Can I plug it in to the recorder some how ,and use it as a track ?? Thanks

Yes or course, just plug it as any other instrument (assign & choose a track), record it ans play on it after or simultaneously.
Dp24 us great fun (except for the effects section), enjoy !
