Control mode for the DAW being used is not listed

I want to connect my Model 12 to Bandlab DAW. Bandlab and Cakewalk are the same company. I chose Mackie-Cakewalk as my control mode. I can hear Bandlab signal through the Model 12 headphones when I play a recording, but Bandlab gets no signal from my mics to record. Please advise. Can Bandlab use the Model 12? If so, which control mode do I use?

Hi Doug. Model 12 users are scarce on the forum. All I can suggest is that you take a look at the video thread and see if you can figure out how to do what you need:
