Counter Roller MSR-16, is there an affordable way?

Hey Folks,
I´m new to this forum and I hope, somebody had the same problem before.
I just bought a MSR-16 in quite good condition, but the Rubbers are worn out.
The Pinch-Roller replacement is no problem, but I can't find a new rubber for the counter roller?
Does anyone have an idea how to fix it? Maybe from another machine?

I am a music producer, based nearby Frankfurt/Germany.

Well I usually remove the roller in the USA and send it to Terry who can put fresh rubber on it. You will need to see what rubber rebuilder guys you have over there.
