Direct outputs for channels 9-16 on Tascam USA 16x08

Hi everyone, I have run into a dilemma with my new gear I bought. I bought it for recording bands at live shows. When testing it out, it appeared that only channels 1-8 were able to be assigned a direct output. I need to be able to direct output channels 9 and 10 which are the line/instrument channels so that the bassist and guitarist can get a direct line to them from my unit. Does anyone know if there is a workaround where I can direct output channels 9 and 10? I am using Adobe Audition for DAW.
