I have an extra IF-FW DM mkii card...however, I believe the chipset needs to be repaired. Now that we have a connection (above-who can fix it) I'd be happy to send it to you and get it back in service. Let me know, I could send it out for the price of shipping.

For those who still have this problem... I got the SOLUTION!!
I had this problem:
- Windows 10
- DM 3200
- IF-FW/DM mkII with firmware version 1.02 apparently impossible to update to 1.10
After reading all your comments I got it by:
1-. Downgrade the firmware of the DM to v. 1.50
2-. Install IF-FW/DM mkII drivers v. 1.10 (another version is not going to work!)
3-. Open the IFFWDMmkII Control Panel and change in the settings the performance mode to Normal (and you will get in status of the Control Panel: Locked)
4-. Now you can run the .exe file to update the card successfully!!
5-. Upgrade the firmware of your DM to v. 1.70 again and so on...
(by the way, I've tried to do this first in an old XP PC without success. It worked in my new Windows 10 PC!)
