DP-32 Issue

Recently my DP-32 will not allow me to set the IN and OUT points. Each time I hold down the mark set button and press the IN button it returns to 00:00:00 regardless of where I designate it to be. Each time I hold down the mark set button and press the OUT button it takes me to the end of the recording regardless of where I designate it to set. Is there any fix for this problem? I currently am not able to edit tracks or make a master. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Put your SD Card in your computer, make a back-up folder with ONLY the songs folders.
Then put the card in the Tascam and format the card.

After this, re-put your song in the card.

I think everything will work fine.

How about backing everything up, reformatting the card, AND updating/reloading the firmware?

Yes the problem exists with every song. I did back everything up, updated the firmware, reformatted the card and even tried a new card with no results. This now looks to be a hardware problem. Many thanks for all your help.
