DP24 panning question

can I assume on the stereo tracks that when it says "c' that they are actually panned hard left and right accordingly like stereo tracks should be or do I have to split them in the mixer somehow?

Right....when I use the stereo tracks for keys, for example, I do get a span side to side with the pan control set to C. You'll get the full stereo "image" that the source device is providing.
