DR-40 hardware/software specifications

does anybody know anything about the internals of the DR-40? CPU, OS, type of flash chip, how the firmware is developed, etc? I'm very curious about the process.

Wonder if I asked in the wrong area. nobody is interested in what kind of CPU is in this thing?
