Dynamic Effects DP-32SD

Hi There,
I bought my unit in December 2015 and am confused when it comes to selecting dynamic effects for guitar channel "H" for example.
It seems when you turn on one dynamic effect it turns them all on.
In other words if you select "ON" for compressor the other three (Noise Compressor, De-esser & Exciter) are also switched to the "On" position.
If you switch any of the others to "Off" it switches them all off.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ONLY HAVE ONE DYNAMIC EFFECT SWITCHED ON AT A TIME.

You can only use one dynamic effect at a time. Press source button to select the input where you want the effect. Press F3 to select the effect you want then press F4 to set the effect on or off.

After switching the desired dynamic effect on I noticed that if you toggle through the others they're all on so I'm guessing the one that is active is the one up on the screen???????
