ERROR "Product" Updating firmware

Hello, I need some help. I recently purchased a Tascam DP 24 SD, and I love it. I am updating to the latest firmware and following the directions posted in the Release Notes. I cannot update any of the firmware, as I receive the following error:

Product


The information in the manual does not state what this error means. I've checked the information screen, and I'm still on version 1 firmware, the original factory default.

I run a Mac Mini
i-7
4 Gig RAM

Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, how did you receive the latest updates? Thank you

Please disregard, rookie mistake. I was trying to update with the DP-24 firmware, not the DP 24 SD Firmware. Worked like a charm. Great Product Tascam, thank you.
