Hello,
I am trying to resurrect my 414 mki (original owner).
The faders were sticking so I tried to clean them from outside with Deoxit D100, however, the faders are still sticky and I likely need to fully take them apart to get all the dust out. Any warnings on this procedure or is it straightforward?
Also is Deoxit D100 OK for this? It seemed to be the case last time I checked here but I don't remember. I think I recall a tascam tech discouraging faderlube.
