FW 1884 freeze when change session or close the DAW, etc

Hello! I have the following problem with my Tascam FW 1884. Took some time working with it just as sound card because if I use it as a controller, when I close the program that was working or even just changing session, it stays locked. I can only restart and sometimes require multiple reboots to get it working again. I have done many tests, upgrade or downgrade firmware, several systems (Mac, Win) and several different cpus and always, even randomly, but always does. I even tried without FireWire connection, only changing pages, from monitor to midi, a computer, etc., and also occurs. Someone has been the same? Thank you!!!!!
