Help with model12

I just got the model 12 . I can’t control any software on my Mac. I have ableton, logic, amplitude and garage band . I can get the signal into the software but I can’t control any knobs on the mixer. Any suggestions ?

I don't have a Model 12...I have Model 24... so I don't have that DAW-control option. But if I remember right I have read somewhere in this forum that you have to go into the mixer's menu-system and activate "DAW-control" or something like that. Have you tried that?

I am using my Tascam 12 as a DAW through Ablelton Live lite using an IMac. Make sure you went to the Tascam Support page and download the the Tascam model mixer control panel driver for imac and you should be set to go.

Watched them . Still cannot control software faders with mixer.

I can only suggest you tell us at what point what you get diverges from what the video shows. Without knowing that, there's not much we can do but sympathize
